ThinkED skillfully acts as a catalyst to move schools forward through practical and effective coaching and mentoring. We support schools with tailored training programs and sessions to accommodate for their unique needs. Our training involves school teachers and leaders through tackling pedagogy and quality assurance. Lesson observations, planning sessions, promoting active learning and assessment for planning are only few examples of the areas we challenge within a school to improve. ThinkED also conducts quality assurance visits in the form of mock inspections as per the local inspection framework.
